Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position involves assembling components, following detailed work instructions, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has good attention to detail, and can work consistently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to established work instructions
• Follow step-by-step assembly procedures and production requirements
• Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Meet established production and quality standards
• Report quality concerns or issues to a supervisor
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions, training materials, safety information, and other workplace documentation
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn new processes and procedures
