Join a leading domestic manufacturer serving the commercial and industrial plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection industries! We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Assembly Operators.
In this hands-on role, you will perform assembly tasks, operate manufacturing equipment, and help ensure products meet established quality and safety standards. We provide 3–4 weeks of training on first shift to help new hires learn the job and become comfortable with our processes.

Pay and Schedule
- Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
- Second-shift differential: Additional $2.00 per hour, for a total of $18.00 per hour
- First shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Second shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Workdays: Monday–Friday
- Training: All new hires will train on first shift for 3–4 weeks.
- Overtime: Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
This position follows a swing-shift schedule. Please be prepared to work the assigned shift as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines, including manual and automatic equipment.
- Replace drills, taps, and other tooling as needed to maintain production efficiency and quality.
- Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality specifications and packaging standards.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Meet production expectations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Work overtime and Saturdays when required to meet production needs.

- Availability to work the assigned shift, overtime, and Saturdays as needed.
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required if you are willing to learn.
