Position: Assembly Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assemble products and components while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures.
- Report quality or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Work as part of a team to ensure production deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
