Nesco Resource is seeking candidates for an Assembly/Machine Operator role in Danbury, CT. This is an entry level, temp to hire position with opportunities for promotion.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay rate:$18.50/hour
Duties & Responsibilities:
- General assembly of medical supplies in a clean room environment.
- Operator is responsible for following procedures for product assembly/fabrication based on customer specifications.
- Quality control and visual inspection of products.
- Operate multiple machines, such as attaching, winding, sealer, material cutters and machine-winding racks.
- Perform various assembling methods of very small objects with bonding or adhesives.
- Achieve and maintain daily production levels while producing a quality product.
- Work in a team environment, helping support departmental goals from production and quality.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to follow direction, both spoken and written.
- Must be able to handle small objects.
- Must have good vision for assembly and product inspection.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Must be able to work within a cleanroom environment (no nail polish, acrylics, jewelry or make-up).
- Must be comfortable with sitting for most of the day as well as repetitive motion.
