Job Title: Assembly & Fulfillment Associate
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3pm-12:30am, off every other Friday
Flexible to work overtime as needed
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Assembly & Fulfillment Associate to support our production and warehouse operations. This role involves the safe and efficient handling, assembly, packaging, and movement of products and materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and consistently maintains high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production and material handling equipment.

Perform material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, staging, and transporting components.

Assist with assembly, packaging, and unpackaging to meet production and fulfillment targets.

Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards.

Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines.

Cross-train to support multiple areas of production and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse, production, fulfillment, or light industrial work preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
