Core Assembler
We’re hiring a Core Assembler to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in the Claremore area. Pay & Schedule
- Pay:$22-24/hour PLUS $2 differential on top of hourly pay!!!
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Location: Full-Time | On-Site | Catoosa
- Type: Contract-To-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
- Overtime: Occasional weekend work may be required based on production demands
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and build industrial equipment cores using hand tools and shop equipment
- Lay fin material and run copper tubing according to production specifications
- Assemble structural components and secure hardware fasteners properly
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions
- Track production progress and complete work according to schedule requirements
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing guidelines

Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
- Experience using hand tools in an industrial or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, dirt, and metal particles
- Non-climate-controlled facility with manufacturing shop conditions
- Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators when needed, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear
- Position involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
- Position is considered safety-sensitive in accordance with applicable workplace policies
