Core Assembler

We’re hiring a Core Assembler to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in the Claremore area. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established company known for producing highly engineered industrial equipment used across large-scale energy and industrial markets. Pay & Schedule

  • Pay:$22-24/hour PLUS $2 differential on top of hourly pay!!!
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Location: Full-Time | On-Site | Catoosa
  • Type: Contract-To-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
  • Overtime: Occasional weekend work may be required based on production demands

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and build industrial equipment cores using hand tools and shop equipment
  • Lay fin material and run copper tubing according to production specifications
  • Assemble structural components and secure hardware fasteners properly
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions
  • Track production progress and complete work according to schedule requirements
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
  • Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
  • Experience using hand tools in an industrial or production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment

Work Environment

  • Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, dirt, and metal particles
  • Non-climate-controlled facility with manufacturing shop conditions
  • Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators when needed, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear
  • Position involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
  • Position is considered safety-sensitive in accordance with applicable workplace policies
