- Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour 1st shift $19 2nd Shift
- Location:Bennington, VT
- Shift:1st Shift 6AM to 2:30PM
- Shift: 2nd 2:30PM to 11:00PM
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a global manufacturing leader of advanced electronic components. Our client is a Fortune 1,000 company whose innovative products power the world's most in-demand technologies across the automotive, industrial, computing, aerospace, and medical markets.
This role operates on the 1st Shiftwithin a premier, 100-employee manufacturing facility focused on specialized capacitor production.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Production:Follow detailed process specifications to perform assigned assembly functions.
- Maintain Equipment:Ensure manufacturing equipment is in good working condition and cleaned daily.
- Data Logging:Record critical production data accurately on lot traveler documentation.
- Quality Control:Visually inspect parts to ensure strict conformance to technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Comprehension:Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal technical instructions.
- Core Skills:Strong communication skills and solid basic math proficiency.
- Detail-Oriented:Keen eye for detail during visual inspections.
