Assembler / Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers/Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble small components, operate light machinery, inspect finished products, and help ensure quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small electro-mechanical components according to work instructions.
- Operate light machinery and use hand and power tools.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Report any defects or production issues to a supervisor.
- Complete required production paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work with small parts and pay close attention to detail.
- Comfortable using hand tools and light power tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Soldering experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
- Frequently handle and assemble small parts.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Perform repetitive hand movements and visual inspections.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following all required procedures.
