Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for an Assembly / Production position. Candidates will be responsible for assembling parts and products, inspecting finished items, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a strong work ethic.
Job Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components according to company specifications.

Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment.

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

Package, label, and prepare completed products.

Follow production schedules and meet daily goals.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors.

Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Ability to stand for an entire shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Must be reliable and have good attendance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must follow all safety and PPE requirements, including steel-toe footwear when required.
