Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Pay:
$19-$20/hour depending on Experience
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Bethel, CT. Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, or established procedures.
- Use basic hand tools and other assembly equipment as needed.
- Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow established production, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Identify and communicate any quality concerns or assembly issues.
- Learn new assembly techniques and processes as responsibilities develop.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform hands-on tasks.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in developing new skills and building a long-term career with an employer.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
