About the Role
Are you handy with tools, detail-oriented, and looking for a reliable role with a great team? We are seeking a skilled Product Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you won't just sit in one spot doing the same repetitive task all day. You will learn the entire assembly process from start to finish, rotating through different stations to build high-quality products from blueprints to final packaging.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Precision Assembly: Use hand and power tools (wrenches, hammers, drills) to assemble full products or complex components based on blueprints and work orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts and finished products for defects, keeping accurate records to maintain our high standards.
- Cross-Training & Rotation: Rotate through all production stations, mastering every step of our assembly process.
- Shipping Prep: Safely package finished products and prepare them for final shipment.
- Safety & Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical assembly is highly preferred.
- Tool Fluency: Strong familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, follow written instructions, and perform basic math/counting.
- Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts.
- Pace & Stamina: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
