Responsibilities
- Assemble corrugated displays, boxes, and packaging materials according to work instructions.
- Read and follow production orders and assembly specifications.
- Fold, glue, tape, label, and package products accurately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production areas as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise.
