Nesco Resource is looking for an Assembler located in Waterbury, CT. This is a temporary position for the right candidate. The duration of this assignment will be roughly 2 months (could be more). This position will be Monday-Thursday. Hours are 7AM-5PM and the shift pay is $16.94/hour.
Job Summary: The Assembler performs hands-on assembly of small, precision components while following detailed instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts according to work instructions
- Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive work
- Production or manufacturing setting involving small parts and tools
