Nesco Resource is currently sourcing for Assemblers
for a manufacturing/logistics client of ours in Canton, Michigan.
Shift
: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday- Thursday, some OT Saturday
*Alternative Schedule is available

Pay Rate
: 17.50/hr
Job Duties:
- Installing rear light assemblies and cameras for vehicles per product specifications
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
- Assembles components accurately by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verifies specifications of completed builds by measuring complete components
- Perform visual inspection to ensure no scratches or other defects before packaging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving camera installation and machine issues
- Perform machine checks daily for proper workflow
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Min of 1 year of manufacturing experience required
- Previous warehouse experience, preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Ability to stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
