Assembler – Filter Products

Salary - $19.45/hour with increases every three months until the first year and then annual increases based on performance.

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with tools? Join our team as a Filter Products Assembler and help build high-quality filtration products used in demanding applications. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team!

What You'll Do

• Assemble filters and filter components according to work orders, drawings, and manufacturing instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, hydraulic presses, and hand presses to assemble products.

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Assist with washing, testing, repairing, and disassembling filter products as needed.

• Learn multiple tasks and cross-train throughout the department.

• Use computer systems to check inventory, review drawings, and track work orders.

• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.

• Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime when needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to operate an overhead crane.

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

• A dependable team player who is willing to learn new skills.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise. Safety, teamwork, and quality are top priorities.
