Quality Records Administrative Assistant
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Records Administrative Assistant to support the Quality department by maintaining, organizing, and controlling quality documentation. This role is responsible for ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable performing administrative and data entry tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize quality records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- File and archive quality documentation in both electronic and hard-copy formats.
- Ensure document control procedures are followed and records are maintained accurately.
- Assist with maintaining records for audits, inspections, certifications, and customer requirements.
- Maintain filing systems to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and easily retrievable.
- Perform data entry and update quality records as needed.
- Support the Quality team with general administrative duties related to documentation and record management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential and controlled documentation.
Additional Information
- ITAR Compliance: Required.
- Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
