Overview
Join our team to provide essential office support by implementing efficient administrative systems, procedures, and policies. You will play a key role in monitoring and managing administrative projects to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures.
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements.
- Provide opportunities for administrative staff development through information sharing, educational opportunities, and experiential growth.
- Resolve administrative issues by coordinating report preparation, analyzing data, and identifying effective solutions.
- Ensure the operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provide information by responding to questions and requests promptly.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong reporting and administrative writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and process management skills.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in supply management and inventory control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
