Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to individuals and teams within the organization. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating schedules and travel, processing expenses, supporting purchasing activities, and helping maintain efficient office operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage routine daily administrative tasks and office activities.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- Independently gather information using established procedures.
- Identify administrative issues and recommend solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure appropriate office coverage during normal business hours.
- Provide backup administrative support to other individuals and teams as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Calendar, Travel & Event Coordination
- Manage calendars and scheduling.
- Provide phone coverage and coordinate communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Plan and coordinate off-site meetings and events.
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to obtain and share information necessary to complete assignments.
Expenses, Purchasing & Office Operations
- Prepare and process expense reports using Concur.
- Manage and maintain office supply inventories.
- Initiate and manage purchase order processes.
- Support general office operations and administrative workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- 1–3 years of Administrative Assistant or related administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accurate and complete work.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Ability to manage calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative workflows.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and seek assistance when necessary.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to exercise discretion while managing responsibilities with general supervisory guidance.
