We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant to support a long-term construction project. This is a great opportunity for an organized administrative professional looking for stability and the chance to become an important part of a growing project team.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the project team
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files
- Assist with purchase orders (POs), requisitions, and other project documentation
- Process and track requests and documentation as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Assist with basic financial and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is organized and up to date
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and other project contacts
- Perform general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience with purchase orders, requisitions, or similar documentation is a plus
- Finance, accounting, or construction industry knowledge is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently while supporting a larger project team
