Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements and processing travel authorizations, preparing and submitting employee expense reimbursements, managing purchasing activities such as creating purchase orders and tracking orders, maintaining records and documentation, scheduling meetings, and assisting with general office administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service and support to staff and management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
