Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
- Assist with preparing and maintaining job files and project documentation
- Enter data into company systems (invoices, work orders, purchase orders)
- Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and field technicians
- Maintain office supplies and organize filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
