A day in the life:
- Process receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions (e.g., verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording data)
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve client billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- All other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- High energy to match high volume
- Tenacious approach to daily work and the grit to see it through
- Proven ability to interact professionally and authentically with clients and candidates at all skill levels
- Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in data entry and solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collections regulations
