  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
  • Partner with operations, production, HR, and leadership teams to resolve accounting or documentation questions.
  • Assist with audit support, compliance documentation, and internal reporting requests.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial and business information.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior accounting experience in a business, manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, general ledger support, or month-end close.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering, reconciliations, and spreadsheet tracking.
  • Ability to work accurately with financial data and supporting documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
  • CPA is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or production environments.
  • Experience supporting inventory, materials, purchasing, or cost-related accounting.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred but not required if the candidate has strong relevant experience.
