Nesco Resource is currently sourcing Accessory Installers for an Automotive Finishing Facility in Dearborn, MI.
This role requires a current Valid Driver's License!
These are immediate start, contract-to-hire positions.

Schedule: Friday–Saturday:
4:15 am - 2:45 pm / Sunday–Monday:
2:45 pm – 12:45 am
Pay: 18.87/hr, this includes a 7.5% shift premium
Brief Description of Position
The Accessory Installer will be responsible for removing factory-installed components and/or installing new components on customer vehicles using power tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenches.
Job Tasks
- Refer to the weekly installation schedule to determine daily build requirements
- Utilize the FIFO production system
- Install accessory components on vehicles including but not limited to:
- fender flares, front, and rear bumper, underbody skid plates, and fog light aiming
- Ensure KPCs (key product characteristics) are done on bolts to verify proper torque per customer requirements.
- Ensure that work is being carried out per written work instructions and that dimensional technical specifications (DTS) are met per the customer's standards.
- Identify and report all non-conforming products
- Complete a Final Inspection Check Sheet for each completed vehicle
- Driver's License required
- Must be mechanically inclined and capable of using a wide variety of hand tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenches
- Should be team-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or familiarity with TS16949 as an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and independently
