Overview:
We are hiring a Packer
to support our clients production and shipping operations. This role ensures products are packed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and stack products on pallets according to company standards.
- Ensure proper pallet prep: cleats installed, correct stacking, labels facing outward, and weight distributed safely.
- Maintain assembly line and shipping efficiency by keeping a consistent pace.
- Inspect strapping, pallets, and products for quality and accuracy.
- Prep production materials according to the sequence screen.
- Correct improperly packed items and report issues to team leads.
- Accurately place cabinet labels and ensure correct alignment.
- Comply with company policies on attendance, safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and stacking products.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a predictable schedule.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors.
