Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and motivated 3rd Shift Technician to join a manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and supporting production in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.

Perform routine equipment inspections and identify potential issues.

Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

Monitor product quality and ensure products meet company standards.

Identify and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Perform basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

Maintain accurate production records and report any issues.

Assist with material handling and production needs.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift.
