- Must have understanding of packing process;
- Must be able to use CCore scanners
- Must be able to use CCore system
- Must practice 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain)
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must have understanding of TSW and Customer Requirements;
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be able to do sorting/visual inspection of parts
- Must have basic knowledge of Quality requirements
- Must have basic knowledge of use of gauges
- Must be able to withstand constant bending, stretching, and standing
- Must have basic Excel knowledge
- Must be a team player
