We're looking for a dependable Grinder
to join our 3rd-shift team. No prior grinding experience is required—we provide training.

As a Grinder, you'll help recycle and reprocess scrap materials so they can be returned to the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sort scrap materials by color.
- Operate grinding equipment to process scrap materials.
- Clean grinders and drums when changing between different colors of material.
- Organize your work area and consolidate/stack boxes and materials.
- Weigh reprocessed customer scrap and provide accurate weights to Accounting.
- Properly identify and label reground materials by color number.
- Make sure boxes and skids are available for storing regrind materials.
- Keep different types of scrap—including flex, purge, slugs, and other materials—properly separated.
- Separate flexible materials from other scrap.
- Operate a forklift to safely move materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to identify differences in color.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift, band saw, hand tools and other required equipment. Training will be provided.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Willingness to learn and take pride in doing quality work.
- Like hands-on work rather than sitting at a desk.
- Enjoy operating equipment and working with machinery.
