Job Requirements:
- Set up and operate 3-axis CNC lathe machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators
- Troubleshoot machining issues and escalate concerns when needed
