Position Overview
The Truck Loader is responsible for loading finished products onto trucks for shipment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. This role works closely with the production and shipping teams to ensure orders are loaded properly and prepared for delivery. Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Load finished product onto trucks according to shipping schedules
Verify product quantities and ensure loads are secure for transport
Stage materials and products in designated shipping areas
Assist production team with moving materials when needed
Maintain a clean and organized loading area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, and moving materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced production and shipping environment
