Responsibilities
- Operate mold press machines efficiently and safely during the 2nd shift.
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including the 2nd shift.
