2nd Shift General Labor Associate – Chesterfield, MI
Nesco Resource is currently seeking a 2nd Shift General Labor Associate for our client in Chesterfield, MI. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday – Friday:
- 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (10-hour shift), or
- 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (8-hour shift)
- Saturdays: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (as needed)
Pay Rate:
- $16.80 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts on a 5-axis machine.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
- Assist with additional manufacturing tasks based on production needs and experience.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, honest, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
