CNC Programmer - Night Shift

We are hiring a skilled CNC Programmer to join a growing Machine Center team in Tulsa. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced machinist who can program, set up, edit, and run CNC equipment with confidence while producing high-quality steel components that meet exact specifications.

What You’ll Do

  • Program, edit, set up, and operate CNC machines for steel product manufacturing
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design models
  • Input dimensions and specifications into CNC software systems
  • Select, install, and adjust tooling for each production run
  • Optimize machine settings, feeds, speeds, and cutting paths for accuracy and efficiency
  • Inspect parts throughout production and complete final quality checks
  • Troubleshoot machine, tooling, or production issues to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and upkeep
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality
  • Train or assist new team members on machine operation procedures as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of recent, consecutive experience programming, editing, setting up, and operating CNC machines on steel products
  • Strong blueprint reading and dimensional interpretation skills
  • Experience with CNC programming software and CAD/CAM platforms such as Fusion 360 preferred
  • Ability to hold tight tolerances and produce high-quality parts consistently
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
