Core Responsibilities
- Programming & Setup:Inputting welding parameters, programming robot paths, and loading materials into welding fixtures.
- Quality Monitoring:Inspecting finished welds and interpreting technical drawings/blueprints to ensure parts meet precise specifications.
- Troubleshooting:Making real-time adjustments to robot movements and welding machine parameters.
- Maintenance:Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic welding equipment.
- Proven experience programming and operating robotic welding machines.
- Strong understanding of various welding processes (MIG, TIG) and how to handle different metals (stainless steel, aluminum, copper).
- Ability to read blueprints and use welding symbols
