Position Title: Material Handler / Recycling Processor
Location: Litchfield Park, AZ (303 & Camelback)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.21 – $18.62/hour
Employment Type: Temporary
Position Overview
We are currently seeking 4 dependable Material Handlers / Recycling Processors for an automotive parts company located in Litchfield Park, AZ. This role is responsible for processing recyclable materials, handling warehouse materials, and supporting overall warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sort, process, and handle recyclable automotive materials and packaging
Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and organize materials within designated areas
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
Follow recycling procedures, safety standards, and warehouse guidelines
Support warehouse and production teams with general labor tasks as needed
Operate pallet jacks or material handling equipment as trained
Maintain productivity and accuracy throughout the shift
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous warehouse, recycling, material handling, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
Attention to safety and cleanliness standards
Work Environment
Automotive parts warehouse/distribution environment
Fast-paced and physically active setting
Exposure to warehouse equipment, recyclable materials, and varying temperatures
Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement required throughout shift
