Temporary Production Associate - 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of products, kits, and packaging components in accordance with production requirements
• Package completed products following established specifications and quality guidelines
• Load and unload materials while safely operating basic production equipment
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules
• Conduct product inspections to identify defects and maintain quality standards
• Accurately complete production records, documentation, and tracking information
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions
• Basic computer, handheld scanner, or data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow supervisory direction
