PCB Router Operator

Hand tools
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow work instructions
- Get job paperwork ready
- Check tools and materials using the job paperwork and blueprint
- Enter job settings into the machine
- Run and watch the machine while it works
- Do special fabrication tasks when needed
- Measure parts to make sure they meet size requirements
- Use scoring machine
- Complete required inspection paperwork
- Update job status in the system, sign paperwork, and send the job to the next department
- Prepare materials when needed
- Tell supervisor about machine or job issues
- Keep work area clean
JOB LEVEL:
- Basic understanding of fabrication work and quality rules
- Works with close supervision
- Handles simple problems in the department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to read blueprints and job paperwork
- Able to complete paperwork clearly
- Able to use measuring and fabrication tools like calipers and microscopes
- Basic computer skills
- 1 year of experience preferred, but not required
