Job Summary
This role will analyze data, monitor inventory and supplier performance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency/reduce costs. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative and able to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate and analyze data related to inventory, procurement, transportation and supplier performance.
  • Track supplier and carrier performance against service expectations and escalate issues with supporting analysis.
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, service improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, fill rate, lead time and stockout trends.
  • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for operations, procurement and leadership teams.
  • Support demand planning, replenishment and inventory optimization activities using historical data and business inputs.
  • Investigate supply chain issues, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Help maintain accurate master data in ERP and planning systems, including lead times, item attributes and reorder settings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or an analytical role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Ability to organize data, identify trends and communicate findings clearly.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with inventory planning, forecasting and supply chain KPI reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of purchasing, transportation, warehousing and supplier management processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with interest in process optimization and automation.
