Job Description
Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler for one of our clients in Nashua, NH. Our client is a leading company in the industry with a global presence and a strong history of innovation and manufacturing excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical assembly experience, the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, opto-mechanical, and electrical assembly work with minimal supervision.

Assist the Engineering team with prototype and one-of-a-kind assemblies.

Assemble complete systems from the ground up, including frames, enclosures, electrical cabinets, opto-mechanical components, and robotic systems.

Prepare completed systems for shipment.

Assist with crating, shipping, and receiving of products.

Occasionally assist with material management.

Generate and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and improvise when needed.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a mechanical or electrical assembly role, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings is required.

Experience working with complex mechanical and electrical assemblies is preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with Engineering and Production teams.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as needed.

Ability to work with small components and detailed assemblies.

Ability to use a microscope and manipulate small objects under a microscope for extended periods of time.

- Associate degree or equivalent
- Familiarity with ISO and ASTM compliance
