We are looking for a dependable Quality Technician
to inspect parts, materials, and finished products to make sure they meet company quality standards. This is a hands-on position that involves using basic measuring tools and inspection equipment, documenting results, and working closely with the production team.

Pay Rate:$20–$23/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM–2:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Inspect incoming materials, parts, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Perform visual and physical inspections using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Complete basic inspection paperwork and record measurements and results.
- Perform first-piece/first-article inspections as needed.
- Identify and report parts or materials that do not meet requirements.
- Work with production employees to address quality issues.
- Help maintain and check inspection equipment and gauges.
- Assist with gauge and equipment calibration.
- Help track and resolve quality issues with materials and products.
- Assist with customer and production quality documentation.
- Learn additional quality processes and responsibilities as you gain experience.
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred.
- Comfortable using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar equipment.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or drawings.
- Good attention to detail and ability to accurately record measurements.
- Comfortable working with computers and completing basic documentation.
- Ability to communicate quality concerns with production team members.
- Willingness to learn additional quality processes and inspection methods.
- AAS degree or equivalent hands-on work experience preferred.
