Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Services Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, establishing daily priorities, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting equipment reliability, and ensuring maintenance protocols, safety procedures, and operational standards are followed.
Candidates MUST have hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting experience. Experience maintaining thin-film, deposition, epitaxial, or semiconductor processing equipment is required.
Essential Job Functions

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and personnel within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Establish maintenance priorities and ensure work schedules are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Monitor the progress and quality of maintenance work.

Provide leadership, direction, coaching, feedback, and recognition to maintenance employees.

Coordinate maintenance priorities across Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, and other functional teams.

Make critical decisions and determine appropriate escalation during equipment failures and emergency situations.

Promote teamwork, accountability, and constructive conflict resolution.
-
Enforce maintenance protocols, safety procedures, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Maintain employee performance documentation, including safety and training records.
-
Proactively support and enforce workplace safety programs.
-
Assist with internal and external site services audits.
-
Schedule and oversee contractors performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility-related work.

Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED Semiconductor Equipment Experience
Candidates MUST have hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including experience with one or more of the following:
Thin-Film & Deposition Equipment

LPV – Low Pressure Vapor processes/equipment

LPCVD – Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition

CVD – Chemical Vapor Deposition

PVD – Physical Vapor Deposition
Epitaxial Equipment

AMAT Epi Reactors

ASM Epi Reactors
Semiconductor Processing Equipment

Wet Benches

Associated semiconductor processing systems
Candidates should have demonstrated experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment support in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Education & Experience

Associate degree in a related field and 7+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities; OR
-
An equivalent combination of related experience, education, and formal job-related training.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Required: Hands-on semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.

Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining semiconductor production equipment.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to work effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to interpret technical data, equipment documentation, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and technical specifications.
