Maintenance Supervisor – 12-Hour Night Shift
Salary: $72,000–$93,000/year, based on experience
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support a team of approximately 8–10 Maintenance Technicians in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead, support, and develop a team of 8–10 Maintenance Technicians.

Track and analyze equipment downtime and identify opportunities for improvement.

Oversee preventive maintenance activities and equipment reliability.

Coordinate training and development for Maintenance Technicians.

Conduct safety, housekeeping, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) audits.
-
Monitor time and attendance for direct reports.
-
Drive continuous improvement throughout the maintenance operation.

Partner with production and maintenance leadership to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.

Safety investigations

OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
Qualifications
-
Technical degree, vocational certification, or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

2–5 years of maintenance leadership/management experience.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a maintenance team.

Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
