Maintenance Supervisor – 12-Hour Night Shift

Salary: $72,000–$93,000/year, based on experience
Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support a team of approximately 8–10 Maintenance Technicians in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and develop a team of 8–10 Maintenance Technicians.

• Track and analyze equipment downtime and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Oversee preventive maintenance activities and equipment reliability.

• Coordinate training and development for Maintenance Technicians.

• Conduct safety, housekeeping, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) audits.

• Monitor time and attendance for direct reports.

• Drive continuous improvement throughout the maintenance operation.

• Partner with production and maintenance leadership to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.

Technical Experience We’re Looking For

Mechanical

• Bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and compressors

• Power transmission systems

• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Conveyors and industrial presses

• Welding and fabrication

• Precision alignment and balancing

Electrical & Controls

• 480V / 3-phase electrical systems

• Motor controls and VFDs

• PLC troubleshooting – Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.

• HMI systems

• Instrumentation and sensors

• Digital and analog controls

Manufacturing Equipment

• Extrusion

• Injection molding

• Pick-and-place automation

Safety & Compliance

• OSHA compliance

• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

• Arc flash awareness

• Confined Space procedures

• Hot Work Permits

• Safety investigations

• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus

Qualifications

• Technical degree, vocational certification, or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• 2–5 years of maintenance leadership/management experience.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a maintenance team.

• Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
