1st Shift - 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator / Forklift Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with experience operating production equipment, forklifts, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work while following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate metal-cutting and production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform work according to production schedules, quality standards, and time expectations.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Monitor cutting alignment and machine performance to ensure product quality.
- Identify and resolve minor program or operational errors.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
- Overhead crane experience is a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
- Ability to perform decimal and fraction conversions.
- Experience using micrometers and calipers.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
