Lease Operator
PAY: 25-30 /HR
SHIFT: Full-Time 7:30-4:30

What You’ll Do
- Operate oil wells and oil/gas production facilities.
- Monitor production equipment and identify performance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Complete run tickets and enter daily production data.
- Manage an assigned route with minimal direct supervision.
- Assist with training less experienced lease operators as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Oil & gas production operations experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use production accounting software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Clean driver's license and driving record.
