Candidate Experience
This candidate brings extensive manufacturing and metal fabrication experience, including direct experience programming and operating CNC rolling equipment. Most recently, he programmed and operated a 4-roll DAVI CNC rolling machine and previously programmed and operated an MG CNC roller with Forms & Surfaces. He also has additional rolling experience with an Eagle BPR roller, along with a strong background in CNC press brakes, CNC fabrication equipment, blueprint interpretation, precision measurement, and quality inspection.
Pay: $39/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Key Qualifications:
• Direct experience programming and operating a 4-roll DAVI CNC rolling machine.
• Previously programmed and operated an MG CNC roller at Forms & Surfaces.
• Additional experience operating an Eagle BPR roller for aluminum and tubing applications.
• Extensive CNC press brake programming, setup, and operation experience.
• Experienced interpreting blueprints, fabrication drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Experienced programming and setting up CNC fabrication equipment based on production requirements.
• Experienced producing parts to tolerances of approximately .005".
• Experienced using micrometers, calipers, Go/No-Go gauges, and other measuring equipment for quality verification.
• CMM experience for higher-tolerance inspection requirements.
• Additional experience with CNC lasers, CNC punches, CNC robotics, and other metal fabrication equipment.
