* Currently working as a Special Process Technician / QC Inspector with Avalign Medical Solutions, with 4+ years of experience.
* Experienced inspecting precision components and performing deburring and finishing operations while maintaining strict quality standards.
* Proficient with micrometers, pin gauges, blade micrometers, calipers, comparators, SmartScope/vision systems, and Mylar inspection tools.
* Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and product specifications.
* Experienced performing dimensional and visual inspections in regulated medical manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
* Experienced with CMM/automated inspection equipment, including setting up parts, reviewing machine-generated inspection results, and documenting findings.
* Background includes microscope inspection, visual inspection, dimensional checks, and defect identification.
* Experienced maintaining detailed inspection records and quality documentation while meeting productivity requirements.
* Additional manufacturing experience in assembly, production, cleaning/processing, and quality control, providing a well-rounded understanding of manufacturing operations.
