Candidate Experience
20+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics experience, primarily within manufacturing environments.
* Strong background in inventory control, material coordination, warehouse leadership, and manufacturing operations.
* Experienced with ERP/WMS systems and technology, including Plex, Trans4m, UPS WorldShip, RF scanners, and Microsoft Excel.
* Hands-on experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks, with a proven progression from individual contributor roles into supervisory and management positions.
* Knowledgeable in domestic and international shipping, LTL and dedicated freight, BOL preparation, purchase orders, shipping documentation, and customs processes.
