* Proven leadership experience supervising maintenance teams, with experience in hiring, training, scheduling, safety, and team development.
* Strong background in reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting production operations.
* Hands-on welding, grinding, fabrication, and mechanical experience.
* Strong combination of hands-on maintenance expertise and proven leadership experience, making a strong fit for both Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor opportunities.
