They are highly skilled in Mastercam, G&M codes, macro programming, complex setups, fixture design, and machining tight-tolerance components from titanium, Waspaloy, and other exotic materials, including medical implants and surgical components. With proven leadership experience as a Lead Programmer, Lead Man, and Machine Shop Supervisor, they have also demonstrated the ability to train employees and improve machining processes, part quality, and production efficiency.

* Advanced experience programming and setting up 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, and 9-axis CNC machines.
* Proficient with Mazak, DMG Mori, Fanuc, Okuma, Haas, Mori Seiki, Fadal, and Youji controls.
* Strong Mastercam programming background, including 2D, 3D, 4-axis, and 5-axis programming.
* Experienced with G&M codes, macro programming, program editing, offsets, and complex CNC setups.
* Skilled in fixture design and fabrication, developing machining processes to improve part quality and production efficiency.
* Extensive experience machining tight-tolerance and complex geometric parts, including large components up to 80 inches in diameter.
* Medical manufacturing experience producing spinal implants, hip implants, bone plates, screws, forceps, and other surgical components.
* Experienced machining titanium, Waspaloy, and other exotic materials, with strong attention to dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
* Proven leadership and training experience, including Lead Programmer, Lead Man, Machine Shop Supervisor, and training employees on CNC setup, operation, and programming.
