10+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing environments, including setup, operation, programming, and inspection.
* Experienced setting up and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills, including Haas, Brother, Fadal, Cincinnati, Robo Drill, and Bridgeport-style machines.
* Proficient in creating, editing, and adjusting G&M code for CNC milling applications.
* Strong ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and machining specifications.
* Skilled in using precision measuring tools to verify dimensional tolerances and make necessary machine adjustments.
* Experienced with machine setups, tooling, offsets, fixtures, and production runs.
* Capable of creating simple fixtures and performing minor fixture repairs to support machining operations.
* Experienced with deburring and finishing machined components using die grinders, hand tools, and buffing wheels.
* Performs routine machine maintenance, monitors machine fluids, and helps maintain equipment for reliable production.
* Proven ability to train new employees, schedule production runs, order tooling, and complete production documentation in support of efficient machine shop operations.
